"Pros: The location and views were fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even decorated my room for my birthday 😀 The food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the bar with its pool table and other games. Great value for money and reasonable wine prices at dinner. All in all we loved this hotel, would recommend and would go back again. Cons: We were given a twin not a double despite requesting this. The mountain view was slightly obscured by a tree so recommend you ask for a higher floor (we were on -3). Frustrating that parking and access to the spa were chargeable . And be warned you have to wear a swim hat to access the spa. Bar was only open at 4pm so no lunch option available, not an issue if weather is nice but in the pouring rain would be nice if the bar opened earlier." ~Sara-jane
