"Pros: Staff were so kind, I got into town at midnight and they arranged a taxi for me. When I was figuring out how to get to my next destination they were extremely helpful, the bus schedule isn’t online and they showed me the app and where the bus station was. When I needed a few extra minutes to get packed for my backpacking trip they extended the checkout time. I can’t say enough good things. Also, the room was extremely comfortable and nice. Cons: Nothing really. It’s a bit far to walk from the bus station but if it hadn’t been midnight and raining it would not have been a problem. It contacted the staff on WhatsApp and they fixed that!" ~Tara
