"Pros: We felt cared for throughout our stay and even before our arrival, there was regular contact via WA. Any queries and special requests were always always dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. The location is good, the appartment was very comfortable and the free shuttle service provided between the hotel and the ski resort is excellent.
