"Pros: the apartment has undergone cosmetic repairs. Beauty kitchen zone. Cons: the apartment is in an old building, so all the communications are old and cosmetic repairs did not help in this. the water pressure in the shower is bad, the shower itself needs to be replaced. the apartment lacks sound insulation, the windows are thin. there are simply not enough bedside tables, hooks for clothes at the entrance, hooks for towels in the bathroom. the location is almost the center, but more or less decent establishments are 10-15 minutes away. It is acceptable but not worth the price." ~Mariana
