"Pros: The rooms are of a very high standard and clean.
Cons: We arrived early at the hotel, they charged me 5 euros for every hour they gave me the room before time, and I am disappointed with this.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the breakfast was excellent, but unfortunately today you have to go down to floor 0 (the hotel is actually only on the 10th floor) and the breakfast is very bad.
In the past I have received good treatment at Check In, but when I arrived this time the treatment was not as good as it was in the past.
Unfortunately I will not return to this hotel even though I have stayed there about 4 times in the past"

"Pros: The location in Blloku is good.
Cons: The host would not give us an exact street address when we arrived. We had to go to a place nearby and follow a long video through an alley showing us how to find the place. Also, the housekeeper was cleaning when we arrived even though it was well past check-in, and she didn't leave sheets for one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms was hot as it didn't have an air conditioner or fan."
