"Pros: hotel is very modern and well constructed, great staff and quite helpful. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment and the views were exactly like promised. it was quite close to promenade on just a 15 min walk if you fancy a bit of hike on your way back.
I would say most of the hotels in sarande are better accessible with cars but if you can't drive it shouldn't deter you but be prepared for a bit of hike as the area is hilly.
we stayed with our one year old and she also absolutely loved the views in the morning.
the hotel is conveniently located near grocery shops, money exchange and small cafes.
Being Muslims we wanted halal food and easily found it nearby.
staff is quite cordial and really helpful in case you need any help.

"Pros: The apartment was new, spacious, clean and fully equipped. It was locted close to the center and the sea (the view from the balcony was beautiful!). The hosts were helpful. There is also parking space for cars.
Cons: The bathtub was cracked. During 5 days of our stay no one brought us more toilet paper (we had 2 rolls for 5 people). There was no air conditioning in one bedroom which made the room very hot. The walls were quite thin so we could hear noises from outside, which was little uncomfortable during nights."
