"Pros: It was new, had private parking, and had all the amenities. We visited off-season so it was very quiet. The breakfast on the seafront was really nice.
Cons: No extra duvet in the room, probably a slip. The staff at the breakfast place were quite uncoordinated."

Cons: unrelated to the owner's property, there was renovation upstairs. the property is still good and as the ad is stating.
there should be more kitchen utensils, I didn't find any cutting board, vegetable peeler, kitchen towel. there was only one big pot: a medium one would have been useful. and also small bowl, as I was traveling with and cooking for my baby most of the time :)"
