"Pros: Apartment is cosy and tidy. Have everything needed to take care for the family with kids. Cooking and cleaning necessaries are available. Passive and active thermo protection are in good condition. Warm water and air conditioning acailable all tge time without extra charges. Owner of the appartment also prolong our stay additionaly becuse of objective reason for late arrival in appartment- such sensitivity and thoughtfulness is rare these days. Mosquito nets are in good condition. Apartment is 2 min from local grocery, 5 min from bakery abd local fruit market and 10 min from beach. Cons: This opinion does not effect only lovely appartment but general impression of small turist town. Local trash taking care system have space for improvment. There is bright examples but can be much efficient. Tourists are relaxed and producing to much trash- much higher processing capacity needed. Underground containers will save space and spare from smells." ~Almir
