Cons: The apartment can be exceptional ... if.... if.....
At the time of my travel there was a lot of ongoing renovation in the building, in neighbouring apartments .... noise was not an issue but the building corridors were dusty.... you carry dust in your location without intention. Awaiting for elevator can be annoying, only one of 4 elevators was working properly (and you are situated at level 12...).
We got only one key, which you need to use for activating the elevator.... so if you have a family and one goes out... the other members cannot use the elevator.... because you cannot activate it anymore....
Parking place is an issue (the apartment does not come with a parking place). There is a private parking in the back of the buidling at decent price, but most of the time fully booked
There are some plates and cluttery but no coffee device or microwave."

"Pros: The location is great, it is very close to the beach with a lot of markets, restaurants, cafes and souvenirs shops around. It is very pleasant and nice place.
The communication with host was good.
Cons: The building is very old and has just one tiny elevator for 5-6 people max, so you always have to wait from 5 to 10 minutes (or even more) to arrive which is boring because you have to use elevator every time because the apartment is on 9th floor.
The apartment wasn't so clean."
