Each morning began with a delightful homemade and typical Albanian breakfast, a delicious start to our days exploring the beautiful city of Berat and its beautiful surroundings. What truly made our stay special was the incredible kindness shown to our three sons. Arti and his took them in their daily walk with the sheeps – an unforgettable experience. We joined them and made a picturesque walk through the olive groves on their property, offering stunning mountain views. This was followed by a delightful tasting of various traditional Albanian dishes and, of course, the local raki at their home. It was a truly authentic and heartwarming experience. Vila Rexho offers far more than just a place to stay; it provides a genuine connection with Albanian culture and the kindest of people.
