The hotel is located in South Kensington, directly opposite the Natural History Museum and within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum and Harrods.

The rooms are very small and furnished in rich colours with bright soft furnishings. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are in good condition. The twin rooms have beds back-to-back along the wall and rooms with a bathtub are located on the lower ground floor.
