Location

Properties are located 200 meters from the most modern gondola ski lift in Poland on Polana Szymoszkowa, next to the hotel Kasprowy, 500 meters from the funicular to Gubałówka and 150 meters from a geothermal pond. Krupowki (the most famous Polish promenade) are about 7-9 minutes’ walk from the property. In the immediate vicinity there are also two regional inns.

Beautiful house, built in 2004, providing a homely atmosphere, as well as a new building with 19 luxurious rooms deLux, opened in December 2009. Apartments 6 two-room apartments (from 40 - to 60 m2 each, including one apartment with a separate entrance). Each apartment consists of living room with TV, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom and balcony, with panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains and the Tatra nature. 7 one-bedroom apartments (from 25 - to 40 m2). Each apartment consists of two parts: day and night, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and bathroom. Every apartment has a balcony with mountain view. All bathrooms have heated floors. At home there also are: a common room, a Finnish sauna, business center, constant internet access, free parking and a barbecue outside the house. JAN deLux rooms 19 luxuriously furnished rooms with bathrooms. Rooms are finished in wood, in highlander style. Each room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and table with chairs, a thick, warm carpet, properly chosen lighting. Bathrooms are fully equipped, including towels. Additionally, each room has a balcony with mountain view. Rooms are equipped with: - Plasma TV - Satellite TV - Internet connection - Fridge - Electric kettle - Sunbeds

The building has a Finnish sauna, lounge and ski rental (with discounts for guests). Guests enjoy free parking and free Internet connection. Children under age of 3 – free of charge.
