Art Villa

Location

Art Villa Residence is located approximately two kilometers away from Dworzec Zachodni Railway Station and 4 kilometers away from the Okęcie Airport. Our convenient location enables you to enjoy all attractions of the Capital City.
Art Villa is near the Szczęśliwicki Park – one of the biggest green areas in Warsaw.
Only a two-minute walk separates you from the one of the biggest shopping centres in the Capital City – BlueCity where you can find a great selection of shops, restaurants and a fitness club with saunas, to which we offer access on special conditions. In the immediate vicinity (4 minutes of walking) there is a second Shopping Centre – Reduta.

Accomodation

We offers you:
- 4 standard rooms - each room is at least 12 m² and features: a bedroom with a queen-size bed, stylish writing desk,high speed internet, safe with laptop charger, 26" LCD TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer;
- 1 deluxe room - room is at least 24 m² in space and features: bedroom with a king-size bed, stylish writing desk,high speed internet, safe with laptop charger, 26" LCD TV, bathroom with bath tube, separate shower, toilet, hair dryer, balcony.
Non-smoking rooms, there is a non-smoking policy regarding all public and private areas.

Facilities

We offer a place in an attended parking lot within the area of our pension to the guests who arrive to Art Villa by cars. There is an extra charge for the parking lot.

Dining

We serve our sophisticated breakfasts in the living room, which is the heart of Art Villa. On beautiful days you can start your day with a breakfast in the terrace adjoining the garden.
In each season you can drink beverages and eat salty and sweet snacks from our sideboard.
