Location

We do everything to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, right in the heart of Warsaw, near both the historic Old Town and the most beautiful street, Nowy Świat.

Accomodation

Keys can be collected after prior arrangment, made by calling at (+48) 668 041 710. Please note that the apartment has no reception desk and someone needs to come there specially to meet you.
Check-in: 14:00-15:00 with no extra fees. Check-in after 15:00, in case guest does not inform the hotel that they cannot check-in in regular check-in hours, they need to pay PLN 30 extra.
Check-in and check-out between 22:00 and 6:00 involves an extra fee of PLN 50.
IN CASE OF LATE CANCELLATIONS GUESTS ARE CHARGED THE WHOLE COST OF THE STAY.
Apartment is designated for maximum four persons. It consists of a living room featuring a kitchenette and 2 beds, a bedroom with two beds (can be joined together), a hall and a bathroom. The apartment features a fridge, a washing machine, an ironing set, a TV with cable channels, kitchen utensils and dishes, as well as wireless Internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Wars and Sawa apartments area perfect alternative to hotel accommodation. Our great asset is excellent equipment, which allows guests to prepare meals, do the washing and iron. Guests pay for the apartment as a whole, not per person. Unlike most of the properties of this type, we offer guests door to door system - we hand in the keys to each guest and we pick them up after the end of the guest's stay. We also offer very affordable transfers to places of guest's choice.

Facilities

Each apartment is equipped with a television set, access to wireless internet, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen is guaranteed, a change of sheets and towels.

Dining

Food is not provided and is the renter’s responsibility.

At an additional fee, guests can use internet, fax, copy machine and conference rooms.

If there is no booking for the day before guest's arrival, guest has a possibility of earlier check-in. It is only possible, however, after prior arrangements with people responsible for managing the apartment.

Please note that the apartment has no reception desk and the person opening the apartment has to come specially to hand in the keys to the guests. Prior information about the arrival time can save both our and guest's time.

3) Check-out: until 12:00, with no possibilty of extending the stay, unless it is only for one consecutive night.

4) Smoking is not allowed at the apartment and is subject to a fine of PLN 200.
