We have the pleasure to invite You to the newly opened luxury apartments in Sopot. The apartments are located in Dolny Sopot between the area of the horse race course and the seaside zone. Location of the apartments gives a guarantee of peace and quiet, and vicinity of the beach and the sea, and neighbourhood of the hippodrome, from the first moments makes our guest rest surrounded by beauty of nature, in close contact with it.

Accomodation

With a great pleasure we leave at your disposal luxury apartments located in one building of Sopocki Parkur – a new housing estate. Common location of the apartments creates possibility of convenient planning some family trips, trips with friends or business trips – keeping necessary intimacy, the group can stay in close contact at the same time. Each apartment with area of 49m² is designed for maximum 4 persons and it consists of two rooms (a bedroom and a living room), a hall, a bathroom, a kitchen and either a terrace or a balcony. All apartments have their own alarm system, and on the ground floor there are additionally provided anti-burglar roller-blinds.

Facilities

The enclosed, guarded and monitored housing estate with the underground garage room and the silent-running elevators provides comfort and guarantees security. Apart from the garage space, there are the additional parking place in the territory of the premises. At your disposal there is also a fitness gym with a Finnish bath and a sauna. The youngest children will spend their time nicely and safely in a playground located in the courtyard.
