The Hotel is located in the centre of the city: abt.5 min. by tram to the high street of the city - Piotrkowska street. Railway station - 4 km, Lublinek Airport - 6 km. The building is come into modernistic style. It belongs to the complex of the former military houses, registered as a monument of the city Lodz. There are several monuments near to the hotel, such a palace of the former Lodz`s factory owner Poznanski, old necropolis with the tombs unique in Europe, the church in Byzantine art.

The hotel offers 28 single rooms, 33 double rooms (studios included), 4 superior studios and 2 suits. There are also 6 rooms for 3 persons and 2 rooms for 4 persons. Moreover we offer two rooms for disabled people. All rooms are equipped with TV Sat, radio, fridge, direct-dial telephone, room service.

Meeting

To our guests disposal are 3 multi-function rooms able to accommodate 140 people. These conference rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment.
1) The smallest conference room is able to accommodate 20 people and often is used for organizing the banquets.
2) The next one is for 40-50 people. It is equipped: overhead projector, TV/video, flipchart, sound equipment, cordless microphone. This room could be divided on two separate rooms, each for 20 people.
3) The biggest conference hall is ready to accommodate 80 people and is equipped: multimedia projector, screen, visualiser, video, sound equipment, cordless microphone, air-condition system.
